Maintenance Design Technician G5 (Countywide)
Lincolnshire County Council is recruiting several positions to assist in the delivery of Local Highways Management, Highway Asset Management, and Street Works and Permitting to ensure the efficient management and use of the Lincolnshire highway network.
The Maintenance Design Technician position is critical in delivering the Operational Asset Management services.
They will assist in the management of the cyclic maintenance service and updating of records, inventory data and dealing with transactions and complaints.
They will also assist in the performance and assessment of the Mobile Maintenance Team, ensuring there works are being carried out in accordance with policy and guidance.
Have you got experience in customer care?
Can you evidence brilliant communication skills? Can you demonstrate understanding of issues affecting highway network? Then you will be able to support the delivery of essential highway services in Lincolnshire.
In these posts you will need a good level of technical knowledge to engage with the community and inspect and place works orders to the Alliance contractors.
These diverse posts have a varied workload including the coordination of works, daily communication with a variety of customers and groups in a range of methods and assisting in the development and use of suitable IT systems and processes.
